THERE IS ROOM FOR EVERYTHING
There is room for all things!
That includes all creatures, all beings, especially YOU....
EVEN WHEN YOU AREN'T CERTAIN, YOU WILL STILL BE DOING EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE!

the center and
YOU WILL BE / FEEL OKAY!
And if you don't know which way is the Center, just close your eyes, breath in and out deeply several cycles and SENSE the tingling in your toes and forehead and belly button.

But you have to proceed
AS IF
you believe it
(even if you don't)
for the duration of the test.
And, if the test ends up lasting for the next 55 years,

SPERM WHALES and FIDDLEHEADS
A praying mantis visited me two evenings ago.
He/she was meditating on the front screen door,
just hanging around, as mantises are wont to do.
When you "really look" closely at an insect, or even another mammal,
you get the sense of being in the presence of an incredibly
ALIEN
CREATURE
!!!!!
*Really* look at a praying mantis or your friendly local pussycat today
with the scales having fallen from your eyes.....
