How does one do such?
See if you can notice it yourself. Contemplate the two words.
What is the first word? What does it mean?
The second word refers to what?

This process can get quite subtle, if you let it.
If you get "yourself" out of the way.
What is the "yourself" which gets gotten out of the way?
Could it be the thoughts going, going?
Just watch the process, the same way you watch a river flowing.
